Customer Feedback and Comments
As a rule I don't normally request customer feedback via questionnaires or any other review process. I feel that unsolicited feedback is much more powerful and is a very welcome aid to business improvement.
I'm more than happy to share the original documents, emails, text message screen shots etc. with potential clients at our face-to-face meeting.
